## How much is 10 milliseconds

Many times I have had to deal with the conversion of time given in hours, minutes, seconds and frames and at other times hours, minutes, seconds and milliseconds or vice versa. The problem is that every time it has happened to me, I have had to use an excel file to make the conversion.
Tired of doing it for each case, I decided to make an excel where were the conversions of frames to milliseconds for the most common FPS 34,25,30,48,50,60 and 120. The result is a table like the following one.
This way if I have a time of 0:45:23-12 where 12 are the frames of a 30 fps video, its equivalent in milliseconds will be 0:45:23 400 and if on the contrary we have a time in milliseconds of 1:45:43 480 of a 60fps video we would have 1:45:43-29 in frames (rounding up).
