¿Qué opinas de hacer un lanzamiento mayor durante las próximas 4 semanas que lablemos v1.3 beta y entonces después de eso podemos empezar a hacer grandes cambios como nos gusta? El actual usdx 1.1 no es jugable en muchos sistemas.
@RattleSN4K3 ¿quieres acceso de escritura al repositorio de USDX? No tengo mucha información de fondo o conexión con otros desarrolladores de este proyecto. Así que por ejemplo el caso con el último pull request (#60) donde entra en conflicto con el código/commits hecho por otra persona. No estoy al tanto de esas cosas. Principalmente trato de mejorarlo, no hago el proyecto mío, ni insisto en características específicas. Me gusta ser uno de los contribuyentes, espero que alguna de mis contribuciones valga la pena (al menos para intentarlo). Todo es decisión tuya (y de los demás). Quiero decir… Puedo seguir creando PRs 😉
la depuración a pantalla completa es crucial por ejemplo ;). lazarus detendrá usdx.exe y se mantendrá en modo pantalla completa/sin bordes. Continuar la ejecución puede funcionar pero también podría no hacerlo. matar a lazarus era la única opción

We block the rest of projects, first because we did not develop it and it is not compatible with the rest of the work we do, and second not to give free credit at the expense of our community. (the story is a bit longer, but it boils down to this)
@0dric for this we have to previously create a snap or a flatpak, which is similar to an exe in windows. In linux the program is distributed without additional libraries, so they are installed separately. If any of these libraries are updated breaking the connections with the program, it stops working. By creating a package with all the additional libraries, you avoid just that.

¿Alguien más tiene problemas para reproducir sin problemas archivos de vídeo codificados con AV01? Tienen un tamaño de archivo considerablemente menor manteniendo una calidad de vídeo similar, por eso me gustaría utilizar vídeos AV01 cuando estén disponibles (vídeos más recientes en Youtube). Sin embargo, el USDX es más o menos inutilizable (no responde) en este momento.
Ah, ya veo. Así que mientras tengo ffmpeg 4.2.3_1, todavía se decodifica utilizando la CPU (que parece ser inadecuado). No me refiero a la recodificación, sino a los vídeos que ya vienen codificados con AV01 (o en los que podía elegir entre H264 y AV01, como en la captura de pantalla anterior).
Bueno, existe esta lucha continua entre los códecs de vídeo con licencia abierta + en su mayoría libres de patentes (VP8, VP9, AV1) frente a los códecs de vídeo propietarios con licencia estricta + patentes (H264, H265). Normalmente, los fabricantes de tarjetas gráficas añaden al hardware un codificador + decodificador para los códecs propietarios con bastante rapidez. Para los códecs abiertos, los fabricantes de hardware parecen no poner mucho esfuerzo en ello.
El mismo archivo para #MP3 y #VIDEO funciona. Los archivos multimedia serán analizados dos veces – (en Windows) una vez el flujo de audio por Bass, y una vez el flujo de vídeo por ffmpeg. Tu sistema operativo guardará el archivo en la caché, por lo que no debería ser un problema a menos que utilices recursos compartidos de red. Si usas recursos compartidos de red, la solución simple es: no uses recursos compartidos de red.
